Research And Implementation Of Different Time Periods Reservation Diagnose System

With the rapid development of information technology in the world and thedeepening innovation of medical and health services in China, information technologyconstruction of health care has made great progress in recent years. Different time periodsdoctor-reservation system is an important component of information technology.Reservation care may shorten the process in outpatient, and save the time of patients; butalso reduce the health care management costs and improve the medical environment. Inthis study, based on the National Policy Guideline and combined with the actual hospitalsituation, a doctor-reservation system, in which may unify the patient number sourse andsupport different time reservation by several ways, was established to make more benefitfor patients.On the basis of communication with every functional department in the hospital,different time period reservation care system model was established. Furthermore, weanalysed and designed this model in detail to construct a uniform distribution of sourcemechanisms. According to the actual situation for hospitals, we establish and implement areservation management module, website reservation module and self-service equipmentreservation module, and developed internal processes of the module and appointmentmanagement mechanisms. Meanwhile, this study implemented clinic reservationt systemserver with multiple clients, multi-platform communication way, and establishscommunications security mechanism. In this studt, we uses.NET Framework, WebService, SQL Server integrated application and development environment, used MicrosoftVisual Studio2008as a development tool to achieve the goal of existing hospitalinformation systems combine with different time periods reservation clinic system.In conculsion, this study improves the existing hospital outpatient registrationmethods and hospital efficiency by use of the different time periods clinic reservationsystem.
