Research On Optimization Of Financial Management Mode Under The Background Of Transformation

Under the impact of mobile internet and other emerging media,the influence and market share of traditional media represented by the newspaper has suffered a serious challenge.Since 2013,domestic newspaper groups have implemented media transformation strategies according different situation.Some newspaper groups actively enter the capital market.Various capital instruments including backdoor,fixed increase,and restructuring have been adopted to make changes.This paper is a case study of ZB Media Group and researches the problems existing in the financial management model of the listed companies in the newspaper industry and the method to optimize.Firstly,the paper analyzes the situation of financial management model and problems in theory.It searches the theoretical path of optimizing the financial management mode in the transformation of traditional media into emerging industries.Secondly,through the case of the transformation of ZB Media Group,it demonstrates the status and problems of financial management mode of ZB Media Group during the process of transformation.Thirdly,it analyzes demand to develop financial management mode of ZB Media Group and explores new optimized ways.Fourthly,according to the actual demand of ZB Media Group,it proposes concrete plans for optimizing financial management mode.Then,on the basis of optimization scheme,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure implementation of the scheme,and comprehensively promotes the optimization of the financial management mode.Lastly,it refines the experience and development direction of financial management mode optimization according to ZB Media Group transformation process.This research suggests,under the strong impact of emerging media such as the mobile Internet,traditional media groups should pay attention to optimize financial management mode in the process of business transformation and upgrade financial management model.The research in this paper has reference significance to optimize the financial management mode in the transformation process of traditional media groups.
