With the continuous improvement of the level of enterprise information management,The number of computer equipment in shanxi JAMG railway transportation companies is increasing year by year,according to statistics,there are 300 computer devices,the workload of corresponding equipment management and maintenance is also increasing,there are five employees in the Information Office of the technical department,It is difficult to maintain 300 computers.The traditional mode of repair is after the failure,the user reports on the telephone,It takes at least 5 minutes to describe the failure situation in detail,the staff assigns maintenance tasks manually according to the fault conditions,sometimes the maintenance personnel can't receive the repair phone in time because they are out of work,if we can't deal with the breakdown of computer equipment very quickly,It will affect the normal work of the relevant departments.Besides,In the traditional maintenance management,It is the use of paper media to record all kinds of maintenance information,cumbersome procedures,not only waste paper,but also maintain information query,statistics and preservation,serious influence on the development of computer maintenance and management.To solve the drawbacks of traditional mode of railway transportation company repair computer equipment,I Independently design and develop online repair system for computer equipment failure.This system adopts B/S structure design,using the company's existing servers and computer devices,data and applications are stored on the server side,using IIS to publish to the company's LAN,the client only needs to access the company LAN through browser,such as IE,360 browsers,etc.can be accessed at any time.The system is written in ASP language and SQL Server database,It is divided into two subsystems: user repair and administrator audit,the repair subsystem includes repair registration and view repair schedule module,administrators check and process subsystems,including repair management,maintenance personnel management,fault classification and processing,statistical query modules.The development of this system has obviously improved the shortage of telephone repair,effectively simplifying the repair process,it is convenient for managers to arrange maintenance time,It greatly reduces the time spent by maintenance personnel in the process of maintenance equipment failure,and improves the work efficiency of maintenance personnel,and employees can always know the progress of maintenance and the various situations of maintenance,which is a win-win design.it can also supervise and analyze maintenance personnel,maintenance workload and maintenance related situations,it can be used as a basis for the assessment of the work of the maintenance personnel.
