Research On The Construction Of Knowledge Service Platform System Of Earthquake Industry In The Digital Age

The rapid development of Internet technology and the diversity of user needs have prompted the development of knowledge service industry based on information management and knowledge management.Knowledge services have been gradually developed from the field of information science,to convergence deeply with enterprise management,marketing,publishing,medical and military.Since the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake,as the head of the disaster,the earthquake disaster has been widely concerned by the people.Exploring the deep integration of knowledge services and the seismic industry is an important role in improving the emergency management capabilities of the state and the government,improving the disaster prevention and mitigation of the earthquake industry,and improving people's ability of awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.Based on the scholars' existing academic achievements,this paper studies the construction of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system,and attempts to analyze the core connotation,components,platform construction and linkage mechanism of the knowledge service platform system in the earthquake industry.This paper believes that in the digital age,the knowledge service platform system of the earthquake industry is a systematic,scientific and sustainable operation platform composed of multiple elements.Under the joint action of the state,the government,the relevant departments of the earthquake industry and the public,through the organic interaction of seismic knowledge supply,seismic knowledge discovery,seismic knowledge content,seismic knowledge dissemination,seismic knowledge users and seismic knowledge evaluation,to realize the construction and linkage of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system.This paper mainly discusses from five aspects: The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,related literature review,core concept definition and research content and methods.The second chapter is the development status of the seismic industry knowledge service platform,including the development status of current domestic knowledge service platform and the construction of the seismic industry knowledge service platform,to analyze the necessity and feasibility of constructing the knowledge service platform system in the earthquake industry.Chapter III the element setting of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system,including the basic principles,theoretical basis and elements of the knowledge service platform system.Knowledge supply,knowledge discovery,knowledge content,knowledge dissemination,knowledge users and knowledge evaluation are the core components of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system.The fourth chapter analyzes the elements of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system,including the raw data of knowledge supply in the seismic industry,the technical means of knowledge discovery,the hierarchical classification of knowledge content,the channel media of knowledge dissemination,the use and satisfaction of knowledge users,and the way of knowledge evaluation.The fifth chapter is the framework and linkage of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system,including the basic framework of the seismic industry knowledge service platform system and the linkage mechanism of its platform system.
