As early as 2010,a group of children's publishing enterprises,represented by China Children's Publishing Group,Dolphin Publishing House and 21 st Century Publishing House,began to integrate the development of media integration into their daily production and operation.In the era of media convergence,the boundaries of book publishing industry have gradually collapsed,and the integration of publishing enterprises with other industries has become more and more in-depth.The new reading mode characterized by digitalization,mobility and intellectualization poses more challenges to the traditional children's publishing industry.Industry convergence development is an important mode for enterprises to improve production efficiency and market competitiveness in the future.It not only brings challenges to children's publishing industry,but also opportunities for transformation and upgrading of children's publishing enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to summarize a set of systematic strategies for the integration and development of children's publishing enterprises by analyzing the current experience of children's publishing enterprises in production and marketing transformation through industrial integration,and to provide theoretical and practical reference for the future integration,transformation and upgrading of children's publishing enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the topic from six aspects: the first chapter is the introduction,which includes the research background,research status,research methods,related concepts and theoretical basis;the second chapter is the analysis of the development status of Children Publishing integration,through combing the current cases of domestic children publishing enterprises,we could conclude from the analysis that the children publishing fever has increased and the product effectiveness has been improved.Chapter three: Problems in the development of children's publishing integration,mainly analyzing the title through the investigation and analysis of consumers,comparing the current development status of children's publishing enterprises,summarizes the limitation of core value development,the serious homogenization of products,the limitation of product development technology and marketing channels.Limited and low participation in children's services.Chapter four: The development strategy of children's publishing integration.It puts forward the strategies and suggestions of children's publishing enterprise integration development from four aspects: content,product integration,production and marketing technology integration,industry integration,marketing channel integration and so on.
