With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the demand for high-grade carpet at home and abroad is growing rapidly.The carpet with high quality is inseparable from the powerful tufting machine.In our country,most of the tufting machines are imported from foreign countries,and most of them are small and medium type machines.Now there are a large number of large,fully functional tufting machines in the world.But its price is expensive,and it is difficult for small and medium enterprises in China to bear it.The small and medium type machine also has the problem of single flower type and low degree of automation.Daily maintenance and monitoring are also difficult.In order to solve this problem,it is very necessary to develop a set of monitoring system for tufting machine with complete functions and high automation,which is suitable for China's national conditions.Therefore,the research of this subject has important practical significance.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)A large number of domestic and foreign literatures were consulted,and the research status of tufting machine monitoring system was understood,and the production process and working process of tufting machine were mastered.Through field investigation,the demand of tufting machine production monitoring was understood.(2)The overall structure of the tufting machine monitoring system was designed.The system is mainly divided into two parts,the upper computer and the lower computer.According to the actual requirements of on-site production,the software of the upper computer software of the carpet tufting machine is divided into modules,and the overall plan of the carpet pattern data processing module,the circle height control module,the real-time monitoring module and the system communication driver module is designed.(3)Tufting machine carpet pattern data processing and loop height control.The octahedron color quantization algorithm with strict priority was used to process the pattern patterns of carpets,and the color and pattern data of the tufting carpets were converted into the control commands of the actuators and mechanical process parameters to realize the process of tufting control.The motor control algorithm was obtained by studying the relationship between the speed ratio of the stepper motor and the spindle motor in theweaving process of the carpet pile loop,and the design of the loop height control module was completed.(4)Tufting machine monitoring system software integration implementation.The human-computer interaction interface of the tufting machine monitoring system is designed.The system communication scheme between the host computer and the lower computer is designed and implemented.The communication software can complete the reliable and real-time system communication,realize the system bus network management,and complete the tufting machine monitoring system.Various node monitoring control and communication control;Tufting machine monitoring system software real-time monitoring module was designed to complete the online reading of system parameters,on-line monitoring and data analysis of each motor data,through the tufting machine various servo,motor and other functional components Real-time data collection and analysis realize real-time monitoring of the operating status and production schedule of the tufting machine.(5)Field test experiments were performed.The experimental results show that the functions and performance indicators of all parts of the system meet the requirements of the company's technical specifications,and the project research and system realization have achieved the intended purpose.
