With the rapid development of economic level and the continuous improvement of people's consumption level,carpets have become the main decorations of many families and enterprises.Its demand is also increasing day by day.Handmade carpets need to go through dozens of processes during the carpet manufacturing,and tufting process is most labor-intensive and time-consuming among these processes.As a result,workers need to work at a high level for a long time and it has certain risk.Enterprises are facing with huge cost pressure and labor shortage problem because of the lack of skilled workers and increasing labor cost.Under this background,some domestic and foreign enterprises developed tufting machine which could tuft the carpet with NC code.This paper designed and developed carpet fabric automatic flocking software which could parse vector graphic and generate NC code.Tufting machine could parse NC code and tuft the carpet so that the flocking process would be digital and automatic.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:1)This paper analyzed functional requirements of carpet automatic flocking software,and introduced the function of each module and the implemetation of their process.2)Analytic method for SVG and DXF vector graphic is designed in this paper.Discrete points set of pattern contour could be calculated by parsing the vector graphics file.3)Studied filling method for handmade carpet pattern,and four filling methods are designed to calculate the feature points of pattern filling track.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize flocking processing path to reduce the empty travel distance of weaving gun,and the machining efficiency is improved.4)This paper developed carpet fabric automatic flocking software which realized vector graphic parsing,region filling,NC code generation and verification,colored yarn amount calculation.The software could accurately calculate the consumption of colored yarn so that accumulation and waste of colored yarn would be effectively reduced.Finally,the whole thesis is summarized and some prospects for improvement are put forward.
