Research On Information Demand Of Scientific Researchers In Chongqing Under The New Media Environment

Scientific research personnel are an important force of promoting scientific and technological innovation,a source of power for the sustainable development of scientific research institutions,and the main body of information requirements.The innovation of Internet technology and the wide application of new media have a profound impact on the scientific research information requirements and information behavior of researchers.In this context,it is necessary to analyze the basic characteristics of scientific research information requirements of scientific research personnel in the new media environment,and to study the channels of information acquisition and the influencing factors,which is conducive to ensuring that the scientific research information requirements of scientific research personnel can be better met and improving their scientific research efficiency.Chongqing Z Research Institute is an industrial and technological research institution integrating research and development,technology transfer,achievement transformation,talent training and international exchange.It is also a large scientific research and technological innovation service institution.This institute undertakes the important task of building the core scientific and technological support of the National Innovation Center in Chongqing.This paper defines the connotation and extension of scientific research personnel's information requirements,specifies the scope and object,designs the technical route and method of the research.And it launches the research on the situation of scientific research personnel's information requirements by taking Chongqing Z Research Institute as a sample.This paper studies the types of scientific research personnel's access to information resources,the channels of information acquisition and new media channels for scientific research personnel.Based on the analysis of the influence of personnel acquisition mode,this paper sums up the new characteristics of scientific research personnel's information requirements in the new media environment,and further explores the subjective and objective factors that restrict scientific research personnel's information acquisition.Also it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the process of scientific research personnel's information acquisition in order to provide reference for improving the information service ability of scientific research institutions and scientific research personnel's information acquisition ability.
