The essence of modern society development is human development and the human development is along with the productive forces development and technological progress.A history of the human development is a history that human explores the human beings development consciously or unconsciously.The issue of human development has always been the core of people's attention and discussion,and also one of thinks that human development is restricted by productive forces and productive relations,and the level of human development is different in different historical stages.At present,the development of AI(Artificial Intelligence)is very swift and violent,and the extent to which AI will replace human workers has always been the focus of theoretical debate.How to effectively promote human's free and comprehensive development in the age of AI is an important task before us.Study on the problems of technology,capital and human development in the era of AI and scientifically analyses the positive and negative effects of technology and capital on human development have great theoretical significance and practical value of broadening the research field of Marxist economics,giving full play to the opportunities and advantages brought by AI technology,speeding up the construction of socialist modernization and promoting human's free and comprehensive development.The human development is a process of element coupling and system evolution with many factors affecting the evolution of human development economic system.This research mainly discusses the influence of the technology and the capital to the human development,especially in the age of AI,the interaction between technological progress,capital development and human development.Based on the economics category,the author thinks that AI has the characteristics of natural science and social science,and on this basis,studies the influence of AI on human development.Based on Marx's methodologies of historical materialism and dialectical materialism,we studied the production organization and human development in the different technological revolution stages,and analyzed the dynamic adaptation mechanism between technology and human development.We believe that there is a close interaction between technology and human development,people can use the civilized achievements of technological progress to promote their own development,at the same time the development and application of technology also requires technical subject-human's support and promotion.Only the interactive and harmonious development between the two is the effective path of promoting human's free and comprehensive development.Moreover,capital is also a key factor in promoting human development and has a dual role in the process of human development.On the one hand,capital can promote human development,which has the practical function of promoting human development and provide the material basis for human's free and comprehensive development,on the other hand,it also brings negative impact on human development by causing the alienation of human and the one-sidedness of human and limiting the development of human's physical strength,mental strength,intelligence.Therefore,in the process of promoting the development of socialist market economy,we must dialectically treat the interaction between capital and human labor,and intellectual labor in a large scale and save more time and energy for people to develop intelligence and recreation.In the new era,the relationship between technology and capital gradually presents the trend of interactive integration.Capital can reflect the modern demand changes,create precondition for the invention of technology and thus promote the technology sustainable development,at the same time,the technology development will contribute to capital in turn,improve capital utilization and profitability,transform capital into realistic productivity and thus improve the level of social productivity development.Technology and capital are the core elements that promote human development.The status and function of these elements in human development are not only different,but also consistent,showing a trend of complementarity and mutual promotion.In the economic system of human development,there will be exchange of material,energy and information between different subsystems and different factors.The human development is the spiral escalation from orderly to disorderly and then from disorderly to orderly in the process of exchanging material,energy and information.Based on the theory of human development and the theory of system science,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the evolution of human development economic system,expounds the definition,characteristics,development rules and dynamical mechanism of the economic system of human development in detail,and constructs the analysis frame of the power source and the information source of human development and the analysis frame of the resistance source and the asymmetric information source of human development.In addition,the system evolution dynamics model of human new era has arisen--the contradiction between the people's growing demand for the better life and unbalanced development,and so there are many problems must be solved in human development.In addition,the grey relational analysis method is applied to verify the relationship between technology,capital and human development.The results show that technology,capital and human development have strong positive relevance.Technological progress and capital development have a greater role in promoting human's free and comprehensive development,providing the technical foundation and the material foundation for it,and the great enrichment of material and the highly developed level of productivity are the important prerequisites for realizing human's free and comprehensive development.AI can promote the development of human society and economy,but also brought many new problems and challenges,so we must dialectically and objectively treat the opportunities and risks of it.In the technical environment constructed by AI,people must constantly improve their own subjective initiative and innovation ability,avoid over-reliance on technology and ensure people's subjectivity in objective material world and technology environment.The influence of AI out-of-control is extensive and far-reaching,so we need use this technology wisely and ethically,by effective supervision and management to build a good AI system,giving full play to its role in the human development process.In the age of AI,people's technological environment and capital environment have undergone profound changes and will have significant impact on human development.We can improve the level of individual development through establishing the new division of labor,reforming education and training model,enhancing individual's independent innovation awareness and other ways,and improve the development and progress of the whole people through many channels such as promoting the coordinated development of nature,society,economy and people,improving the harmonious development of individual productivity and social productivity.The evolution of the economic system of human development is largely
