The Design And Implementation Of Social Assistance Management System For Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau

With the development of science and technology and the gradual advancement of'Internet +',the era of big data is developing rapidly.Social assistance has become more and more important in recent years.When social progress has developed into a well-off society,the gap between rich and poor is obvious.The number of existing services in Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau is growing,the amount of data is gradually increasing,and the original paper version files are no longer suitable for the management.The urgent need for improved civil administration efficiency and the increasing number of civil affairs work have brought new challenges to the civil affairs department.The social assistance management system designed and developed for the Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau now shows its significance.The design and implementation of the social assistance management system of Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau is deployed by the application server of Apache-Tomcat-7.0.63.The browser is IE9 or higher to support the high-speed smooth operation of the system.B/S mode and JAVA language with higher universality is adopted for the design.SSH framework is used as the basis for system architecture design.MySQL 2014 database is selected for the existing situation.Therefore,the MySQL series is selected as the database for the design of the social assistance management system of Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau,which makes the system more universal and adapt to more systems.The functions of the social assistance management system of Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau mainly include five aspects,business configuration management,historical data collection management,assistance business management,special subsidy management,comprehensive inquiry and statistical analysis management.Business configuration management is used to facilitate the development of industry benchmarks with three functions,special subsidy management,security standard settings and support organization management,classification of basic living allowance management.Historical data collection and management is for the collection and the management of historical data on rural basic living security,urban basic living security and rural households enjoying the five guarantees.Assistance business management covers four functions,including household economic status change,new application,fund issuance and county(district)change in the businesses of rural households enjoying the five guarantees,rural basic living security and urban basic living security.Special subsidy management covers two functions,including special subsidy function and subsidy detail inquiry.Comprehensive query and statistical analysis management completes four functions,including general parameter query,insured personnel inquiry,insured family inquiry,and security and security status statistics.The design and use of the social assistance management system of Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau has greatly improved the work efficiency and the fluency of work procedures for Qujing Civil Affairs Bureau.First,the design and implementation of the system has improved the expectations of the people in Qujing City.Secondly,improving the ease of use of system users is of great significance to the progress of the actual civil affairs department.
