Monitoring systems are widely used in warehousing management,logistics and transportation,medical and health,smart home and other fields.However,traditional monitoring equipment has problems such as large size,few monitoring elements,and difficulty in remote monitoring and networking.In the environment where Internet of Things technology and applications are popular,the market has also improved traditional monitoring equipment,a large number of wireless monitoring terminals have emerged.The structure is to connect an external wireless network module to the control chip of the monitoring terminal,so that the device has ability to wireless access the network,but its separate structure still has problems such as low integration and limited transmission rate to interfaces.In order to solve the problem of remote measurement and control,this article analyzes the actual application requirements,introduces the commonly used technologies in the field of monitoring at home and abroad.Based on the increasingly mature and widely popularized Internet,a network measurement and control terminal based on the latest IoT chip CC3200 is designed,and then the corresponding IoT monitoring system is constructed.The IoT monitoring system designed in this paper is composed of a network measurement and control terminal and a central management server.The CC3200 module embedded with Wi-Fi communication interface is used as the main controller in the network measurement and control terminal,designed extended signal conditioning and acquisition circuit;mounted the sensor module for physical quantity detection;designed switching variable output channel and output driver to realize the management and control of equipment or object.The center management server creates a background monitoring and control terminal management service program to communicate with the terminal,and use database software to manage all data;design a Web access page to realize the display and status control of terminal resultsThe main features of the research results are as follows: 1.Developing an IoT monitoring terminal using the industry's first single-chip controller CC3200 with embedded Wi-Fi function.This terminal overcomes the shortcomings of the existing IoT monitoring device which detecting model and Wifi model are separated,make the integration higher,the transmission rate faster.2.Completing the development of the basic framework of the central management server,and realizing the networking and management of the monitoring terminal.The research results of this paper adapt to the measurement and control requirements of different objects,and basically meet the networking requirements of different IoT monitoring systems,and providing a practical and effective solution for the networking of different IoT applications.
