Millimeter-wave antennas with high gain,wide bandwidth,low sidelobe,miniaturization and low cost have greater application scenarios and value.Substrate integrated waveguide is widely used in antenna and feed network design because of its low profile,high Q value and easy integration.Slot antenna and dielectric resonator antenna are widely used in millimeter-wave communication system because of their high gain,low loss and flexible design.However,traditional millimeter-wave antenna arrays have many problems,such as narrow bandwidth,large feed network loss,large volume and high processing cost.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study millimeter wave antenna arrays with high gain,wide bandwidth,low loss and low cost.Firstly,a high gain linear polarized substrate integrated waveguide slot antenna is proposed.The slot structure of the back cavity of the substrate integrated waveguide is adopted to make the feed network coupled with the slot widen and improve the antenna gain.The gain of a single antenna element can reach 9.8dB.Then,a high gain dual polarization substrate integrated waveguide slot antenna is proposed.The antenna adopts the structure of doubly fed port,slot coupling and cross slot to achieve high gain and wide bandwidth.At the same time,the two antennas can be processed by traditional PCB technology with low cost.Then,a high-gain substrate integrated waveguide dielectric resonator antenna is proposed.By adjusting the parameters of the dielectric block,the high-order mode operation mode is realized and the gain of the antenna is improved.The gain of the antenna array of 4×4 is up to 18.7dB,and the gain is stable.At the same time,a high-precision template processing scheme is proposed.Then a dielectric-loaded antenna with high gain and wide bandwidth is proposed.The antenna uses slot-loaded dielectric block structure to achieve 30%bandwidth.The gain of a single antenna unit can reach 8.3dB.At the same time,a processing method of fixed outer frame is proposed to improve the processing accuracy.In addition,the two antennas can be processed by traditional PCB technology with low cost.After theoretical analysis and performance analysis,all the antennas above have completed the research of this subject,and two of them have been processed and tested.The performance of the antennas is good.The problem of antenna processing has been solved,and it can be a good candidate for researchers in the industry to process antenna.
