A Blockchain-based Housing Rental Platform

At present,in the field of renting in the city,in order to solve the problems of “high intermediary fees,self-execution of lease contracts,monopoly of rental market,and nonretroactivity of transactions”,the current Internet rental platform aims to achieve deintermediation and listing information.A shared,secure and controllable rental platform,but behind the entire platform is essentially a centralized system,prone to single points of failure,and all data in the system will be controlled.In order to truly realize the decentralized,shareable,lease contract self-executing rental platform.Therefore,this paper studies the decentralization of blockchain technology,data sharing and non-tamperable,and related concepts such as smart contracts applied to renting platforms,thus achieving a “decentralized,intelligent rental,fair and just” rental platform.The research work of this paper mainly includes:(1)Designing a system architecture based on blockchain-based rental platformThrough the related research,the blockchain technology is used to realize the architectural design ideas and design principles of the lease service and the information sharing,and the system architecture of layered,open,scalable and sustainable development is proposed.(2)Implementing the renting platform cloud service and the listing information sharing network and client based on blockchain technologyConduct demand analysis for the current rental platform and write a traditional lease agreement as a smart contract that can run in the blockchain network,improve the efficiency of the leasing process,and store the transaction history of the leasing process to provide legal rights for tenants and landlords.Guarantee.In addition,the single-page front-end design mode is used to complete the architecture design and development of the Web client.At the same time,the client is deployed in the blockchain network to realize the real decentralized rental platform application.(3)Feasibility analysis and evaluation of renting platform based on blockchain technologyExperiments were conducted on the blockchain-based rental platform,which mainly counted the cost of running the platform and analyzed the feasibility of the platform.The platform was summarized and the shortcomings and prospects were put forward.
