The manufacturing process of paper,film,strip and other types of winding products usually needs multi motor coordination.It is necessary to keep its tension constant during the manufacturing process and increase the processing speed,these two factors determinates quality and efficiency of products.In most cases of winding products processing,the tension sensor is used for closed-loop control.This paper puts emphasis on the sensorless tension observation and coordinated control problems,then analyzes the dynamic steady state.Also,this paper proposes corresponding measurement and control system solutions and technical implementation schemes.Finally,use PLC to control the whole machine.It can reduce the complexity of the winding equipment,reduces maintenance and reduces costs.Firstly,this paper summarizes and comparatively anaylyzes on current situation at home and abroad from the aspects of tension observation and control.On this basis,this paper proposes a two-axis coordinated measurement and control system without tension sensor,designs an overall technical schemes and research ideas.Meanwhile,this paper selects models of core components with the schemes mentioned above.Secondly,this paper analyses the vector control system of the actuator(direct driven permanent magnet synchronous motor),then establishes mathematical model of the two-axis coordinated measurement and control system.On this basis,this paper sets up tension observation scheme and analyses phases of parking and operation in sections.Furthermore,through the research of the control system,this paper raises that the ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Control)algorithm should be applied in two-axis coordinated measurement and control system,and utilizes MATLAB/SIMULINK software to make simulation comparison on traditional PID control algorithm and ADRC algorithm based on optimal parameter tuning.It turns out that the designed tension measurement and control system can control the tension better,and make the tension fast and stable with an active anti-interference effect,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent debugging of software and hardware.Ultimately,this paper designs the software and hardware of the two-axis collaborative measurement and control system based on the tensionless sensor.The hardware part mainly uses ST company's 32-bit microprocessor STM32F405 as the main controller,and introduces various modules such as power circuit,man-machine interface circuit and current sampling circuit.The software part realizes the design of hardware and software by distributing the task modules such as tension observation algorithm,control algorithm,signal processing and man-machine interface through the preemptive real-time operating system ?C/OS-?.
