Winding process is very popular in textile industry, paper making, soft packageprinting, and belt material making industry. Tension and linear velocity coordinatecontrol is very important because it affects the productivity effect and the productquality directly. This paper emphasized on studying with the question of V-Fcoordinated control system of web for multi-motors without any tension sensors, andproposed the corresponding control plan and the technical realization program.Firstly, this paper introduced the application and the current research of V-Fcoordinated control system of web for multi-motors without any tension sensors.And then proposed the composition principle and function of V-F coordinatedcontrol system of web for multi-motors without any tension sensors, put forward thesystem hardware and software implementation scheme.Secondly,based on the full study of the current commonly used systemarchitecture solutions of the production of the web, this paper had done furtherimprovement and perfection. Proposed a new system architecture solution,andestablishment of mathematical model of V-F coordinated control system of web formulti-motors without any tension sensors. Then, by studying the system controlalgorithm, this paper proposed to put fuzzy PID algorithm into V-F coordinatedcontrol system of web for multi-motors. Meanwhile the paper carried on thesimulation analysis using MATLAB between regular PID algorithm and fuzzy PIDalgorithm. The simulation result indicated that by using fuzzy PID algorithm canmake tension stable quickly and have good V-F coordinated control performance andnot subject to wide variations of the effect of roll diameter.Finally, this paper completed the software and hardware design of V-Fcoordinated control system of web for multi-motors without any tension sensorsbased on the embedded technology. The hardware mainly took ColdFire series of 32micro-controller MCF52235 as the control core,and gave detailed introduction of thecontroller minimum system, signal sampling module, the signal drive circuit andsystem power supply circuit. The software selected the modular structure which isbased onμC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system. The system software wasdivided into several task modules, the realization of the signal conversion, tension soft detection algorithm,control algorithm, control signal output tasks andhuman-machine interface module was introduced in detail and have realized thecontroller’s function.
