Based on the research of window cleaning robot at home and abroad,this paper designs a kind of window dust removal robot suitable for school classrooms,laboratories and other public places.This paper also makes a detailed analysis and explanation from four modules:robot mechanical structure design,hardware circuit design,software system design and power supply system design.The work and conclusions of the specific study are as follows:1.The mechanical structure of the window dust removal robot is designed,which includes five different institutions:the robot chassis,the fuselage mechanism,the arm mechanism,the dust removal mechanism and the end tool conversion mechanism,and the movement of each institution is analyzed and explained in detail.The robot's main mechanical motion structure is controlled by rectangular coordinates,which has the characteristics of high position accuracy,no coupling,simple control,and fast running speed.2.The hardware circuit design of window dust removal robot is introduced in detail.Including the overall structure design of the robot circuit,the selection of the main control chip,the distribution of the main control chip pin,the design of the minimum system of the main control chip,the design of the motor drive circuit,the design of the signal detection circuit,and the design of the Human-Computer interactive interface.3.The software system design of window dust removal robot is introduced in detail.It contains three aspects:the overall structure design of the robot software system,the system function task design,and the display task design.In the system function design and display task design,six different tasks and five different function interface display designs are proposed.The tasks and functions of each part are introduced and explained in detail.4.This paper introduces the design of power supply system for window dust removal robot.Including the choice of power supply,the power relief voltage control circuit and battery charging system three aspects of content,Analyze and explain the contents of each part.To sum up,the window dust removal robot designed in this paper,It is not only possible to automatically dust the windows of public places such as school classrooms and laboratories along prescribed routes,but also can be detected for glass surfaces or anti-theft nets.And automatically switch the corresponding dust removal tools to the glass surface or anti-theft network device to carry out targeted dust removal operations.After physical experiments,This design of the window robot is basically as required to complete the task of window dust removal,its dust removal effect is also relatively good.Therefore,this design and research is feasible.
