It separately carries on the thorough analysis from the angle of control level and the surveillance level. According to the fuzzy control theory, at the same time, it has carried on the intelligent control algorithm design to the dust removal main equipment cloth sack, has guaranteed the cloth sack highly effective reliable use.Finally according to the working conditions and the movement characteristics in coking production, this article analyzes the antijamming ability of the system. PLC itself has the certain antijamming ability, compared with adaption industry scene environment. But because of the bad coking production system movement condition and various kinds of unwanted signal, in order to realize the system stable reliable movement, this article conducts a thorough research from the hardware, the software, the algorithm, the antijamming and so on, which has important application value in the project. Having been carried on for more than one year, the system indeed has obtained very good economic efficiency and the ecology benefit.
