Design And Implementation Of The Anesthesia Information Management System

With the continuous expansion of the size of the hospital,the medical information needs to continue to improve.Operation room is the core of hospital medical work,the information of operation anesthesia is an important part of hospital medical information management.The academic affairs the local area network based AIMS(Anesthesia Information Management System),which is developed for preoperative anesthesia information management operative anesthesia information management and postoperative anesthesia information management.This thesis designs a system which is based on three layer software architecture and C/S mode,using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as developing tools,C#4.5 as developing language,Oracle llg as database,ado.net as database access tool.It is consisted by the sub-systems of preoperative anesthesia management,operative anesthesia management,postoperative anesthesia management,anesthesia charge management,base information management and system information management.With creating anesthesia with high efficiency,high safety and high quality,and the communication of other hospital information system,such like EMR,PACS,LIS,HIS,the system can reduce the workload of the anesthesiologist and improve the management level of anesthesia.In the introduction stage,this thesis introduces the significance and background of the subject.And then,the organization and arrangement is described.In the system analysis stage,the needs of the users is analyzed and being used to design the base framework and the way to implementation of the system.And describes the system's operating environment and system development tools is described,too.In the system design stage,the concept of overall design,the function module design and database design of the system are introduced.In the system implementation stage,the thesis introduces the design and implementation process of each functional module in detail.In the system testing stage,the concept of software testing is introduced,and the test results of the software is described and analyzed.Finally,this thesis summarizes the program,and put forward considering to the AIMS system.
