Though these testing, It isconfirmed that the function of system is correct, and ensured that the development of the system meet the needs of users.The paper strictly organizes according to software engineering development cycle,use UML modeling tools, discussed the development process of training basemanagement system from the aspects of system analysis, system design, system andsystem test. At present, the system has been set up smoothly operation in YongKangvocational college and run stably.
