This thesis originates from the China Unicom company in Liaoning Province who organizes 14 cities to carry out the quality improvement work of perception by WCDMA and LTE mobile network to users in China Unicom.According to the mentoring program of the provincial company,Anshan Unicom proposes an optimization scheme to mobile networks in the whole Anshan city for WCDMA and LTE in order to achieve optimal network coverage,enhance the key performance indicators and the perception to users,reduce the customer complaints.The key points of this thesis is the optimization for WCDMA and LTE mobile network of Anshan Unicom,The purposes of it is to improve the quality of mobile networks,solve the specific problems which be found in network operation,and improve the performances of mobile network.First of all,the background and the current status of mobile network optimization are described,the brief theoretical basis for WCDMA and LTE technology are introduced.Then a demand analysis of existing problems are listed,among which the existing problems,the targets and the processes in detail of optimization are given.The thesis points out that pilot pollution exists in WCDMA network and mod3 interference exists in LTE network.Focusing on the optimization of WCDMA,a more comprehensive approach is proposed,solving the problems of mobile network quality which be influenced by weak performance system from RSCP and ECIO.For LTE net work,the voice signal is bearer in WCDMA network,its own important features are speed of network,and WCDMA network bearers both voice signal and speed of network.So WCDMA network requires adjusting the engineering parameters and antennas angle for each station one by one.The coverage way of down tilt is optimized by the ratio research of the mechanical tilt and electronic tilt,which makes full use of electronic tilt to control the coverage of the base station.The ratio research of the antenna feeder tilt and the planning of physical cell identification code(PCI)are proposed to reduce the pilot pollution,promote the transmission rate and speed,which make sure that the main energy of antenna feeder should cover the users.Optimizing WCDMA network is the precondition to LTE network.It needs to analyze the ratio research of antenna feed tilt so that it could be used in actual mobile network to solve the current mobile network problems.The test and analysis of DT and CQT optimization of WCDMA and LTE combine the UE signal and OMCR data tracking to analyze the mobile network in order that the energy of each base station is distributed more reasonably,reducing the over-cell coverage to inhibit the radiation of invalid energy.There are a large number of users group in the Anshan Unicom mobile network,it is inadequate to illustrate the effectiveness of a method by theoretical analysis totally.The tests by DT and CQT within important areas of Anshan city are conducted.Therefore,the ways to optimize the wireless environment are to adjust the azimuth position and down tilt,increase the antenna height and adjust the parameter settings as well as add neighbor planning relationship and other methods,which makes good use of data-oriented by customer complaints and combines the rectification of customer complaint areas and antenna feeder optimization organically in order to provide theoretic and practical basis for the quality improvement and optimization of mobile network of Anshan Unicom.
