The public selection and information system for civil servants in Yunnan Province is based on the open selection of civil servants in the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Yunnan Province,the relevant units at the provincial level,and the human resources and social security bureaus at various counties and counties in Yunnan Province to build a resource database for selecting civil servants in Yunnan Province.To change the traditional management model and improve work efficiency as the goal,improve work efficiency.The construction and application of the system will realize the electronicization of information in all links of public selection of civil servants in Yunnan Province,change the traditional backward means of work,improve work efficiency,enhance the level of management decision-making,and satisfy the scientific,accurate and systematic selection process of civil servants.,standardization,to solve the current problems in the public selection process of public servants;through system oxidization,it will help enhance the mutual cooperation capabilities of human resources protection systems at all levels in Yunnan;comprehensive analysis and statistics will be based on the information resources base.Provide necessary information support for decision-making.The system is built on the work responsibilities of the human resources market management department of the Yunnan Provincial Personnel Department.The following is the main processing modules:public selection of public servants,personnel transfer management,introduction of talent management,statistical reporting,and system management.The public selection information system for civil servants in Yunnan Province is based on the.net platform and incorporates the Spring.net application framework to reduce the coupling between program modules through techniques such as dependency injection,aspect-oriented programming(AOP)and data access abstraction provided by Spring.net.Degree,achieve decouple,is conducive to maintenance and later development;B/S mode,can be distributed deployment,to achieve system scalability,improve system processing performance and concurrent processing capabilities.Take data encryption,role authorization,automatic backup Security mechanisms such as database access security,etc.,set up a safe,reliable,efficient,flexible,easy-to-operate,and low-cost application system.Through the deployment of the entire system in the Yunnan Provincial Government Administration Intranet,the system has basically reached the expected goal of the system.Under the premise of ensuring the safety and effectiveness,the work efficiency of the human resources market management department of the Yunnan Provincial Personnel Department has been improved.
