Design And Implementation Of Port Public Security Integrated Information Network System

Currently, China’s coastal public security bureaus are generally in face of such tough problems as the severe aquatic transport logistics-related crimes, the arduous anti-terrorism task and etc. which all pose threats to their public security guarantee, port stability maintenance and the effective prevention and crackdown of various criminal actions. Under such a circumstance, it is particularly important for Qinhuangdao to enjoy safe and highly efficient operating security. Whereas when information technology has been widely used to improve public security work’s accuracy and efficiency, promoting public security work system, realizing reasonable resource allocation and making scientific decision are imperative.In the research and development process of this system, the following work has been completed by myself: analyzing the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements with the management methods of software engineering; designing hierarchically the system’s architecture after sorting out the business logics in accordance with the system requirements and dividing the system’s functional modules; conducting detailed design for the system’s database; materializing detailed design in the presentation layer, business logic layer and persistence layer of the functional modules. In this system, following functional modules has been completed by myself: alarm cases management module’s main function is registering, querying and updating the alarm case record based on alarm information; in the administration case management module, its main function is registering, querying and updating its case record based on administration case information; completing upload and download function, the submission and approval functions in the dynamic management and etc.; completing add, update, delete, query functions in the alarming service polices’ management and dangerous road section’s management.This system is created via Spring MVC, Hibernate and ExtJs, which improve notably the developing efficiency and can provide clients with good experience. The system’s final beta testing shows that it operates well and completely meet the initial aims. Currently, this system has been officially put into operation.
