Research On Visual Design Of Government Service Website Under Guidance Of The User Experience

Government service websites are network platform that built by government.The purpose is to serve the people and display government policies and interact with the masses.Recently,there are many government service websites,and the websites have many users.But their website design effect and user experience are generally poor.Government websites lack systematic and effective design theory and design specification support.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct systematic design research and methodology for the government service websites.This article through the research of government public service website visual design present situation,website features,user groups and user experience status,combined with a lot of actual cases,analyze and study the particularity and design emphasis of government public service website.In this way,the key points of the design of interface structure optimization and visual optimization of government website are summarized.This helps to build and iterate government service sites,and makes website interface design more reasonable,more beautiful.It is of great significance to improve government image,service ability and public satisfaction,also.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter describes the background,purpose and significance of the subject,point out the country takes the construction of government service website seriously.It's very research.The second chapter uses the literature research method,case study,user survey,to research and summarize the definition of government public service website,and find the direction of lift.The third chapter summarizes the influencing factors of website design,analyze the design focus and user experience level of government service website,established the design method model of government service website.The fourth chapter analyzes the audience of the government service website,lays a foundation for the later design methodology.The fifth chapter starts from the research of interface optimization of government service website,proposed the corresponding design optimization principle.Chapter 6 is based on chapter 5,proposed a further visual optimization method for the interface optimization principle.To improve the visual presentation of government web sites,we should reduce user burden from visual application of interaction design,provide the designers of government service websites with visual design ideas and principles that can enhance the user experience.Finally,taking Rongcheng City Government website visual design optimization as an example,using the design principles proposed in this paper to redesign the website.
