A glass fiber felt production line was manually controlled before,and its stability and precision were not high,which could not satisfy the intelligent production process.In this paper,the control system of glass fiber continuous felt production process is studied.The production process of glass fiber continuous felt is introduced.The automatic control system of glass fiber continuous felt based on PLC and PC and fuzzy adaptive control strategy is constructed.The hardware design,program and host computer of the control system are introduced.The monitoring design is described in detail,so that the continuous glass fiber felt production line is in the best operation state.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: analysis of the automatic control system and glass fiber continuous precursor felt development status,as well as the production line of automatic control system analysis and comparison,the final selection of PLC and PC control system to achieve automatic control of the production line.According to the control requirements of the cooperative enterprise,the overall control scheme of the control system and the structural control strategies of each part are analyzed.The fuzzy controller based on PLC is constructed by using fuzzy adaptive control algorithm,and the design of the controller is introduced in detail.Finally,the fuzzy adaptive control of fiber blanking uniformity in continuous glass fiber blanket production process based on PLC is realized.Hardware selection was carried out,and a control system composed of upper computer and PLC was constructed to solve the problem of real-time communication between PLC and upper computer.Using the encoder to read the motor speed and frequency,the PLC program is compiled,which realizes the real-time control of the four groups of motor frequency converters of the drop-silk roller in the warp knitting production line,and compiles the fault chain reaction program to ensure the rapid response of the system,smooth operation and timely discovery of problems.Using the configuration software to develop the man-machine interaction interface,the real-time monitoring of the original felt production line is realized.The control system finally realizes the automatic control of the production of raw silk felt.The system runs stably after putting into use.It creates a good working environment for workers and creates economic benefits for enterprises.
