Nowadays various organic pollutants have been produced to our life. They contamined the soil, air, food and water .The danger exposed to them has got more and more attention. However, the conventional laboratory analytical method of these pollutants is time-consuming and high-cost. Recent years, low-cost, high-intensity, auto-fast-detecting instrument is in great need. This paper established a system integrating amperometric immunosensor and flow-injection analysis. By this integrated system, automatic and fast detecting of environment pollutants with low-cost comes true. This research is the combination of enzyme immunoassay and voltaic enzyme sensor. So the enzymatic reaction was analyzed in this paper.Low-cost disposable electrochemical transducers were mass-fabricated by screen printing technique. The uniformity of them was evalu7ated by cyclic amperometric method. two kinds of analysis method(drop-on assay and flow injection analysis) were applied .Those researches were based on modification of screen printed carbon electrode. We applied os-polymerazation to modify the SPE electode where static charge absorption and crosslinking absorption was wield to immobilize protein..Based on these research, we integrate the sensor and its control system, and realized the in-situ measurement.
