Design And Implementation Of Financial Support Approval System Of Replacement Of Business Tax With Value-Added Tax For A City

After the formal implementation of replacement of business tax with value-added tax for a city,the municipal financial department promulgated a transitional financial support policy about "replacement of business tax with value-added tax",the tax increase of the pilot companies would be refunded to mitigate the negative impact of the reforms.In order to do a good job in the data analysis of "replacement of business tax with value-added tax" and the management of transitional financial support funds,the municipal financial department decided to develop a digitized financial support approval system of "replacement of business tax with value-added tax".The system meets the actual needs,such as data delivering to the financial department,taxpayers online reporting,payment of financial support funds and data collection,statistics and inspection.The dissertation discusses the financial support approval system of "replacement of business tax with value-added tax,which is based on J2EE platform and using middleware technology,Web Service technology,XML technology,three-tier structure technology,to achieve centralized deployment,realized the whole process of data exchange and sharing between different application systems or different subsystems.Firstly,the dissertation introduces the research background,construction significance,and construction content.Secondly,it describes the technology and the overall demand of the system in detail.Thirdly,it emphasizes on the situation of design idea,system architecture,function structure,network architecture,system performance and system security of the system.Finally,taking the financial terminal subsystem as an example,the dissertation introduces the function realization and testing of the system.In this dissertation,the whole development process of the system is discribed,to clearly display the software and hardware environment,the main equipment,the instruments used in the system.The dissertation highlights the new ideas,new technologies and new means adopted in the process of system development,and fully demonstrates the advanced nature of system development.The system's smooth operation,product upgrading,usability and security strategy are also analyzed and expounded.After the completion,the system passed all kinds of technical tests smoothly and its functions ran normally.The system achieved the intended purpose,which provides a safe,reliable and practical platform for taxpayers and relevant departments,and lays a solid technical foundation for the smooth promotion of the reform of "replacement of business tax with value-added tax".
