Because electromagnetic compatibility and environmental monitoring experiments have a wide variety of products,complex procedures and processes for testing and evaluation,high technical requirements,and long testing cycles.At present,the business management of the Electronic Compatibility and Environmental Testing Laboratory of Southwest Computing Co.,Ltd.It is still in the electronic document management stage.From contract signing,dispatch testing,to issuing test reports,all rely on the use of electronic templates for staff to write and summarize.A lot of cumbersome document writing often makes people feel depressed,not only inefficient,but also easy to make mistakes,can not meet High specification and high standards for electromagnetic compatibility testing(especially for military product testing tasks).Therefore,how to continuously deepen reforms from the aspects of management concepts and systems,continuously optimize from the workflow,build a laboratory management system that meets the daily management of the laboratory,and improve the quality of electronic compatibility and environmental testing of military and civilian products in the laboratory.Efficiency has a very prominent meaning.This thesis is based on the information construction project of Xiji Electromagnetic Compatibility and Environmental Monitoring Laboratory,with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of electromagnetic compatibility and environmental testing in this department,and deepening reform and continuous optimization of work processes from management concepts and systems.using an Object-oriented System Development Approach,using the Argo UML modeling tool to describe the participants(roles)that each subsystem might involve,and the generalization,inclusion,or extension relationships that exist between roles.And define the boundaries of each subsystem;Through the activity diagram to describe the activity order relationship of various types of objects in the system and the rules to be followed,the needs analysis of each management function is completed one by one.On the basis of the demand analysis,the overall system design of the system and the functional module design of the whole system are completed.The function diagrams of the class diagram and the time series diagram are used to describe each function module in detail,System database design was completed using Powerdesigner modeling tool;On this basis,the MyEclipse2013 development environment is adopted.The web front-end development uses the Bootstrap framework and combines HTML,CSS,and JavaScript technologies.The background server development uses the Java language and combines the mainstream SSH framework and MySQL.and developed the B/S mode Electromagnetic Compatibility & Environmental Testing Laboratory of Southwest Computer Co.,Ltd.Meanwhile,The system includes system authority management,test standard management,inspection process management,equipment instrument management,inspection product management,task assignment management,technician management,vendor customer management,contract management,quality management,inspection report management,document data management,function modules such as confidentiality management.System test results show that the system is functional and has good user friendliness and stability.
