Laboratory Management System Based On Cloud Platform

This paper mainly describes the laboratory management system for Graduate students based on cloud platform.According to the daily scientific research and communication needs of the author's laboratory,the author puts forward a system to provide a unified platform for the daily management and record of scientific research.The System has records of daily reports,papers,patents,projects and others functions.Compared with the existing laboratory systems,our system focuses on the needs of Graduate students laboratory,replace the equipment management and fund management of the traditional laboratory for daily reporting and scientific research of the Graduate students laboratory.The demand for lab members is also divided into administrators,teachers and students.According to different user roles,they have different rights on the system laboratory.This can improve the system's suitability for users.For the laboratory research and management to provide a system of management,reduce the risk of paper materials storage,improve the management efficiency.The system uses PHP language,MySQL database,B/S mode.Develop under Eclipse development tools.According to different user roles,set the corresponding access rights.Whether the user can query,modify and delete depends on the user's role and creator of the data.System built on the cloud platform,so that it can save the hardware cost of the system,eliminating the cost of purchase hardware and the maintenance costs.System can assign account for different laboratories conveniently and quickly.There are two innovations in this system.Firstly,the perspective of this paper is the professional laboratory for graduate students.We design a set of system to meet the professional laboratory of graduate students depend on the laboratories are different and have common points at the same time.In order to strengthen the communication between teachers and students,meanwhile strengthen the exchange between students,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate training.Secondly,as the system is used by many laboratories,they have common features,but also unique.Therefore,this system conforms to the trend of the technology,and the combination of the cloud computing technology,has made a preliminary exploration for the development of the laboratory management system.
