With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,the demand for high-quality talents in today's society is even thirsty,and the supply exceeds the demand.As the cradle of cultivating talents,colleges and universities are not only an important component of public education,but also bear the important responsibility of cultivating talents.As we all know,a good teaching quality can cultivate more high-quality talents,and the quality of teaching depends on the quality and ability of its teachers,so the key to a strong school teacher is to see whether it has a sound assessment mechanism to absorb more high-quality teachers.Especially now many colleges and universities in the appointment of teachers are more inclined to employ the system,the urgent need for an efficient and perfect performance appraisal mechanism to support the realization of the assessment and certification of teachers' ability.Therefore,relying on the school,the author carried out a survey of its existing assessment system,and combined with a variety of high-tech applications,in order to develop a sound teacher performance assessment mechanism,to achieve a high-efficiency and intelligent informationization of university assessment of teachers.The system can provide a sound performance appraisal management platform for colleges and universities,so that it can maximize the application of information technology to achieve efficient management of teacher performance appraisal.The system can not only improve the work level of teachers' performance management,but also optimize the process of existing management mechanism.It is convenient for assessors to carry out comprehensive assessment and statistical analysis on the teaching level of the whole school staff,and can provide more reliable and safe accurate data to meet the requirements.Management needs to make relevant policy decisions.Firstly,according to the actual functional requirements of the school's performance appraisal business,combined with the current school's existing hardware and software resources,this paper designs the overall development program of the system.In addition to ASP.NET technology and B/S architecture,SQL Server security database and C# general programming language are also used in the construction of the system.The use of these technologies not only helps the system achieve its initial construction goals,but also provides a complete set of evaluation indicators and corresponding evaluation methods.The concrete implementation plan is substantialized.From the actual point of view,after exploring the shortcomings of the work in this area,the corresponding improvement program is given,and the specific system construction plan is given.It is hoped that after the target system is officially put into use,it can effectively improve the school's performance management level,improve the efficiency of assessment,strengthen the management of the school,and enhance the strength of the school's teachers.And the developed applications have higher performance in terms of security,practicability,stability and versatility.In order to design a stable and long-term operation of the system,the author also carried out a comprehensive test,so that the final system can fully meet the needs of the school in terms of teacher performance appraisal.During the whole system development period,the author fully complies with the design principles of relevant software engineering to ensure that the design of the system is standardized.The overall structure of the system adopts a multi-layer structure design,which can provide more extensible space on the basis of guaranteeing the full and effective realization of the system functions,and facilitate the upgrade and maintenance of the system in the future.Nowadays,this system has been officially deployed and used in the school in dealing with teacher performance appraisal,which not only improves the efficiency of school affairs management,but also has a great effect on promoting the reform of personnel system.
