After the second industrial revolution,the automobile industry has been developing vigorously.By twenty-first Century,the number of cars is increasing day by day.The car has also become a major step tool.With the continuous progress of economic degree,the number of cars has increased.According to statistics,at the end of 2017,the number of motor vehicles has reached 301 million in China,of which the number of cars is about 220 million,and the number of motorized vehicles also reaches about 400 million people.The increase in the number of cars has brought convenience to our life and brought many disadvantages.For example,environmental problems,traffic accidents,and so on.According to statistics,in 2017,there were about 63 thousand deaths caused by traffic accidents.Therefore,in order to avoid traffic accidents and supervise and record traffic accidents,traffic departments are facing major problems.At present,there are many measures to deal with traffic accidents,but they are monitoring for the macro overall situation,such as the installation of cameras at the crossroads,high definition camera and so on.There are even specialized departments to monitor drivers' fatigue driving.However,cameras are not deployed throughout the country,unable to track the driving behavior of each vehicle.So the monitoring records of driving vehicles all the time will reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents to a great extent,and it is easier to distinguish the liability of the accident in the claim.To this end,many companies have launched a traffic recorder,through the recorder can monitor all the behavior of the car.The owner can record the events in the process of driving through the recorder.But most of the current recorder is based on the model of the vehicle,through the fixed external hardware equipment,link with the vehicle,and through the third party software,or direct hardware operation to get the driving record.When the hardware of the traffic recorder is connected with the mobile phone,it needs complex operation such as Bluetooth matching.It is bound to bring a bad user experience.In order to increase the usability of the software and reduce the cost of use,the system is developed in the way of We Chat small program,and the link between the hardware and the mobile phone is banned,and it can be applied to all models.The system adopts the combination of C/S and B/S.The We Chat small program at the end of the mobile phone is used as the client.It is mainly responsible for the acquisition of traffic record,video interception,photography,multimedia information management and so on.The recorded video is automatically stored on the mobile phone side.After uploading it,the recorded video,audio or picture can be uploaded to the server side.The B/S mode is mainly used for the management of the administrators,managing the traffic record information of various vehicles,and uploading audio and video files.The traditional waterfall model is used in the development of the system.The development platform of the We Chat small program is mainly used for the front-end development,and the Django framework is adopted in the background development.For this system,users can perform video recording,audio recording,screenshot,screenshot setting,video length setting,video picture setting,video uploading,local record downloading and so on.The functions of the system backstage mainly include user management,vehicle management,video management,audio management,album management,log management,etc.
