Under the new normal of economic development,sustainable development has become a long-term strategic plan for the coordinated development of China's economy and society.The traditional supply chain has not satisfied the needs of the harmonious development of economy and environment,therefore the concept of green supply chain has been borned at times.The green supply chain does not only involves the complex interaction and cooperation between the funds flow,information flow and logistics,but also seeks green development during interaction and cooperation.In the view the green supply chain network optimization problem,this paper first summarizes the three factors that affect the sustainable development,and quantifies the influencing factors according to the literature review.Secondly,in order to improve the transparency of workflow in green supply chain,a new green supply chain model with better integration of impact factors is proposed.Thirdly,a new evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the model.In the process of solving the model,the evolutionary algorithm with tree coding structure,adaptive mechanism and parallel computing structure are used to improve the solution quality and efficiency.In the evolutionary algorithm,evolutionary operators are designed according to the structure characteristics of the tree coding,and the optimization method is used to adjust the product planning scheme based on the green supply chain framework.In the adaptive solution,there are two adaptive mechanism,one is to adjust the evolutionary parameters in real time,and the other is to adjust the solution set by adaptive classification.In the parallel computing structure,we allocate different sub populations to several distributed nodes to improve the efficiency of the optimization.Finally,the above metioned mechanisms are compared and analyzed.It is proved that the above method has great advantages in dealing with the problem of green supply chain network optimization,and provides a new solution for dealing similar kind of optimization problems.
