3G and4G as the representative of the rapid progress of broadband wireless communication technology, has a great influence on the development of fire informatization. In fire prevention and fighting fires and other disasters and accidents disposal missions,The emergency video transmission system of firemen need a variety of wireless video transmission system to support.At first, this thesis analyzes the fire-control emergency communication system requirements based on the up-to-data communication technology and daily fire-fighting experience.And then,the thesis focuses on the public and private wireless network technology which used in fire-control emergency wireless video transmission(FEWVT) terminal. At last, the thesis designs multiply-mode backpack terminal devices which support public and private network accessing.The fire-control emergency wireless video transmission terminal have the characters of practical usage,small size, high integration level, multiply communication method integration and low cost for system construction and maintained. The author’s works in the thesis in the following aspect:(1) Gives the key requirements of the FEWVT terminal.(2) Achieve the fire emergency wireless video transmission system platform of public private network integration technology.(3) Implements the fire emergency wireless video transmission system embedded terminal software design(4) Organize supporting unit,carried on the system integration and test.The system would play more important role in the fire-control informatization.
