Design And Implementation Of QRcode Based Warehouse Management System

With the rapid development of Chinese machinery manufacturing industry, the market scale of bearing products expands unceasingly. An efficient logistics determines how fast the bearing enterprise sales network can run, as an important part of the logistics chain, the warehouse system plays an important role. But the current warehouse system can lead to serious consequences such as complicated operation, low efficiency, lagging data transfer and irregular enterprise management, which limits the development of the bearing enterprises seriously, In order to solve the existing problems we mentioned above, this paper designs and implements the warehouse management system based on QRcode, which we expect to help the bearing enterprises to build an efficient, rapid and accurate warehouse system.For these reasons, this paper analyzes the current product warehouse process and try to find the existing problems. We focus on the existing SAP system and try to learn the technology of SAP interface in order to synchronize warehousing data between the warehouse system and the SAP system. Based on the work we have done above, this paper designs and implements the warehouse system based on the architecture of B/S, in this system, we can use the handheld terminal scanning the QRcode of the products to collect the warehousing data, upload the warehousing data through the Wi-Fi, manage the warehousing data and upload the warehousing data to SAP system through the system interface. Meanwhile, use the warehouse system we can print the packing specification and the export specification. At last, this paper complete the design and the implementation of the warehouse management system based on the operation system Windows and WinCE platform by using the VS2010 and SQL2008.The warehouse management system based on the QRcode designed by this paper can bring great conveniences for the users during the warehousing businesses, which help improve the working efficiency and realize the real-time warehousing data update. What's more, this system can also help the enterprises to save a lot of human resources and promote the process of the bearing enterprise informatization.
