The desert region of China is a typical continental climate,with frequent aeolian,strong solar radiation and large temperature difference between day and night.Electronic equipment such as radar to the environment adaptability is very prominent.For example,huge temperature difference will accelerate the mechanical damage of components and materials;strong solar radiation will cause deformation and aging of equipment materials,insulation and seal failure;aeolian may cause mechanical wear,obstruction and erosion.Large temperature differences,solar radiation or aeolian can adversely affect the performance of electronic equipment such as radar,A variety of environmental couplings will have more significant damage to radar.Therefore,It is of great significance to study the influence mechanisms of large temperature difference,aeolian and strong solar radiation and comprehensive environmental changes on radar equipment,and to study the adaptability of electronic equipment such as radar in different enviroments.In view of the above requirements,this paper uses a radar component as a research object,adopts numerical simulation methods,and studies the effect of aeolian environment on the surface state of a radar component.At the same time,developed a radar simulation platform for aeolian comprehensive environment.The main contents are as follows:(1)The paper summarized the research status and development trends of environmental testing and environmental adaptability simulation technologies at home and abroad,the requirements of radar simulation platform for aeolian comprehensive environmental was analyzed,the technical route design of radar simulation platform for aeolian comprehensive environment was completed.And the overall architecture and various functional modules of the platform was determined.(2)For the missing of meteorological data,based on the before and after neighbor filling method and Relevance classification method the missing values were estimated.Genetic algorithm was used to determine the optimal weights combination of the before and after neighbor filling methods and Relevance classification method,and the correctness of the method was verified.For the outliers value of meteorological data,LOF anomaly detection algorithm is used to detect abnormal points,The k parameter of the LOF anomaly detection algorithm is optimally selected by maximizing the difference between normal and abnormal points.and the correctness of the method was verified.(3)A radar component was meshed,Large temperature difference numerical model,aeolian numerical model,and solar radiation numerical model were established.Based on the coupling of temperature,solar radiation,and aeolian,a comprehensive environment coupled numerical model was established.Taking the environmental test of a typical radar component as an example,the simulation results are verified..(4)Based on the secondary development of ICEM CFD,FLUENT and CFD POST,the MATLAB interface development technology and the Windows-message-handling mechanism,a radar simulation platform for aeolian comprehensive environment was completed.Finally,it summarizes the main content of this article,points the weaknesses of this paper and the future development directions.
