As the main equipment to acquire air intelligence,air defense early warning radar can effectively detect and monitor air targets,which plays an important role in acquiring battlefield information superiority and maintaining the dominance of military operations continuously.However,the harsh natural environment in the plateau region has brought severe challenges to the normal operation of air defense early warning radar components.In order to improve the efficiency of radar equipment in plateau area and reduce the maintenance cost,it is necessary to carry out reasonable environmental adaptability assessment in equipment development stage.In view of the above requirements,a self-learning fuzzy grey degree method is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the key index factors affecting the plateau environmental adaptability of air defense early warning radar are analyzed,and a self-learning model based on Bayesian estimation about index weight is established to realize the adaptive adjustment of subjective and objective weight preference coefficients in the combination weighting method.Then,aiming at the fuzzy relationship between evaluation index factors and evaluation states,the membership function is constructed by combining the equipment failure rate under the influence of various environmental indexes to realize the assignment of valuation index under uncertainty conditions.On the basis of the above work,considering the grey degree influence of information,a self-learning fuzzy grey degree model for plateau environmental adaptability assessment of air defense early warning radar is built.Finally,a simulation experiment with and without learning process is carried out to evaluate the plateau environmental adaptability.The results show that the method proposed in this paper not only fully considers the subjective experience of experts,but also follows the data law presented by objective facts,which makes the evaluation results more reasonable.In order to intuitively reflect the effectiveness and rationality of the method proposed in this paper,the plateau environment adaptability assessment software of air defense early warning radar is developed.The environmental adaptability of various systems and components of air defense early warning radar is evaluated based on selecting typical environmental characteristics of Shannan area of the plateau.The evaluation results show that the evaluation software developed based on the method proposed in this paper has high accuracy and strong practical application value in engineering.
