In view of the disadvantages and shortcomings of focal plane infrared imaging system in practical application,the research group proposed and designed a set of simulator system to simulate the focal plane infrared imaging system.The system consists of upper computer and hardware system of infrared imaging system simulator.Such simulator system could overcome the shortcomings of infrared imaging system while inheriting the unique advantages of infrared imaging system,which holds the high practical value.The main content of the paper is the design on hardware system of infrared imaging system simulator.The paper,firstly,elaborated the development status of infrared imaging system and infrared imaging system simulator at home and abroad.It is believed that the frame frequency of focal plane infrared imaging system with big area array is very low,while the scale of focal plane infrared imaging system with high frame frequency is generally small.The advantages and disadvantages of infrared imaging system simulator at home and abroad were analyzed as well.A set of hardware system of focal plane infrared imaging system with simulatable area array in 1024 x 768 and frame frequency in 120 hz was selected.Secondly,the design on hardware system scheme was completed.In the process of system scheme design,the function of each module was discussed,and the calculation over system operation and storage capacity was implemented,besides,the device model selection was finished.A hardware system with FPGA chip as the core device is designed.In order to ensure that the systematic noise voltage meets the system requirements,the device with good anti-noise performance is selected to complete the design on the premise that the system function is complete.Then,the system schematic circuit diagram and system PCB design were completed based on the system scheme.In the design stage of system schematic circuit diagram,two key problems including high I/O utilization of FPGA chip and low systematic noise voltage are discussed and designed in detail.After the PCB wiring design,signal integrity analysis was added,and PCB design was optimized with simulation waveform as design guidance to ensure the good signal quality.Finally,the function test and verification of the prepared circuit board are carried out.The hardware system of infrared detector and simulator designed by the paper meets the requirement of system index.After the summary and conclusion,the direction of further system optimization is put forward.
