At present,China's enterprises have experienced two stages of development: giving full play to the advantages of labor cost and equipment modernization.After 2010,they have entered the development stage of "enterprise informatization" represented by application,and have laid a foundation for the stage of "independent technology and product research and development".At the same time,in 2012,the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized that China should adhere to the road of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization,and promote the synchronous development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.In 2017,the nineteen party put forward "speeding up the construction of manufacturing power and accelerating the development of advanced manufacturing industry".At the same time,it also poses a challenge for China Photovoltaic Company.How to seize the development opportunity,adjust the development strategy,improve the competitiveness and enhance the performance of the company has become a further question for the company to think about.Information-based enterprise strategy is one of the key to the success of the enterprise.This paper starts with the existing development strategy of China Photoelectric Company,diagnoses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the company.Starting from the domestic and international economic environment,political and legal environment,social and cultural environment and technical environment,the macro-environment of Sino-Bang Optoelectronics Company is analyzed;the bargaining power of the buyer,the bargaining power of the supplier,the threat of related substitutes,the threat of new entrants in the industry,the competition process between existing enterprises are analyzed.This paper analyzes the competitiveness of Sino-Bang Optoelectronics Company in the photoelectric industry from five aspects,and concludes that the macro-environment and industry environment bring opportunities and threats to Sino-Bang Optoelectronics Company.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Zhongbang Optoelectronics Company from three aspects: operation control ability,independent R&D innovation ability and production process control ability,which provides an effective basis for the determination of enterprise strategic objectives and strategic choice.The study concludes that Sino-Bangladesh Optoelectronics Company should make full use of the "Made in China 2025" national strategy,seize the new opportunities brought about by the strategy for manufacturing industry,and give full play to the advantages of Sino-Bangladesh Optoelectronics Company,select SO strategy and ST strategy,focus on Intelligent manufacturing,and formulate a differentiation strategy.Increasing the level of digitalization,networking and intellectualization of enterprises,accelerating the development and industrialization of LED products,and strengthening informatization and industry by doing well the work of strategic launching,strategic planning,strategic matching and strategic adjustment,etc.Industrialization deepens integration,penetrates and promotes each other,realizes the transformation of information technology from single business application to multi-business integration,from single enterprise application to industrial chain collaborative application,from partial process optimization to whole business process reengineering,from traditional production mode to flexible and intelligent production mode.The transformation of product service composition from single product to body unification.Through strengthening human resource management,strengthening brand building,improving system guarantee,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,ensure the implementation of the informatization strategy of Zhongbang Photoelectric Company.
