The current higher vocational education in China has entered a new era,new situation puts forward new requirements on the development of higher vocational education,the further alignment with economic and social development of technology on the basis of skilled personnel training,to be able to make full use of new technology means to optimize the professional structure,innovation of teaching management,strengthen innovation ability of higher vocational education.Big data,the depth of the mobile Internet and other emerging information fusion,to teachers' teaching scientific research in higher vocational colleges,students' learning life has a far-reaching influence,in the teaching process and teaching management in higher vocational colleges in the usual process,created a vast amounts of data.However,these historical data have not been deeply excavated and utilized,thus forming an effective tool for teaching and student management.This thesis mainly based on professional knowledge in higher vocational colleges students preference analysis,first of all,professional comprehensive performance using R language PCA analysis,found to explain 75% original variable information public factor,the formation of students towards the professional ability of preference data sets,then clustering analysis by using R language and get a different group preference of students ability,characteristics of different students groups data and basic information on qualitative analysis,to explore the reasons behind the different students group preference,based on this,advances to professional course teaching and students' innovative ability training.Then using R language tools,Apriori algorithm used for professional achievement data for association rules mining,find rules,forming course oriented professional preference for courses combination optimization Suggestions.To fully to the value of performance data,we using R language tools,using unsupervised clustering,association rule mining,multiple regression analysis,similarity analysis and various data mining algorithm to the deep analysis of performance data.In fully excavate students comprehensive professional class scores,between different semester course grade change,on the basis of the proposed evaluation method,students' professional knowledge,the development potential of higher vocational colleges in the curriculum,teaching strategy put forward constructive Suggestions,such as better to strengthen the teaching management in higher vocational colleges,improve the teaching quality.At last,the thesis summarized and prospected the research work.
