The Design And Development Of Mobile Learning Platform Based On Android

With the rapid development of the Internet technology,mobile learning has become the new style which is very popular for learners.Now since that the wi-fi network,mobile phone 4G network can be seen everywhere people can study at anytime and everywhere if they design a mobile learning platform terminal as a result there will be various way of learning.In the mobile terminal equipment,Android system is well received by customers for its open nature and flexibility,so the system is well sold in the market.Through the survey of students in my school,most of the students use the Android mobile phones and they like the new style of mobile learning.The aim of this thesis is to study the design and the development of the mobile learning platform based on the Android system to meet the demand of the students' learning in the secondary vocational school and the characteristics of mobile learning,I designed a mobile learning platform of mathematics which can improve the state of students to learn mathematics meanwhile it can also make the students be interested in learning mathematics.So the research on this topic are of great significance both in theory and practice.This paper first analyzes the research status of mobile learning platform at home and abroad,and then put forward the research purpose and significance.The research methods are mainly adopted in this paper are: literature research method、Interviewing method、Questionnaire method、Case analysis method.Then explore guiding theory and the related technology needed in the process of the design and the development in this platform.According to the functional requirements for mobile learning platform,I design the data center module、learning module、testing module online、communication module and also describes the basic function of each module.The mobile learning platform uses three layer architecture models under the mode of C/S which embodies the idea of the “high cohesion and low coupling” on the level of distinguish.After completion of the development,I will test the function of mobile learning platform and response latency and then make analysis of relevant the data.As the result that The function of the mobile learning platform can achieve the desired goal.In the end,the author summarizes the research and development in this topic and the research of the future development of mobile learning.I will point out the task of the improvement to the platform and improve in future.The design and development of the mobile learning platform mainly provide an auxiliary way for students of secondary vocational school to learn mathematics courses by which the classroom learning can be extended to the outside to make the boring mathematical learning become more lively and interesting meanwhile it can provide a variety of learning resources for different levels of students to improve students' ability of learning.
