With the promotion of the new generation of intelligent operating system anddevelopment of technology of embedded hardware, the smart phone has become aconsumer product gained by everyone. And the increasing people’s eager for knowledgeare exuberant. But the mainstream continuing education platform from online education,it does not meet the fragmented learning needs of the people in the modern society. Thetaught learning platform in traditional mobile based on text messages can not meet thelearning needs of fragmentation in mass groups daily. Based on this situation, mobilelearning platform based on smart mobile operating system has become a hot topic ofmobile learning research direction. New mobile learning platform based on smartoperating system, it may support mobile learning from public. You can learn in anytimeand anywhere via it.Android platform application framework mainly includes stand-alone clientapplication, B/S(Browser/Server) and C/S (Client/Server) application, threearchitectural styles. To realize these mobile applications architecture, hybridarchitecture proposed. Mobile learning platform based on the Android system, andsuccessfully realized using the architecture design and realization of the front of themobile learning platform prototype. Mobile learning platform, include the back-endsoftware development, front-end Android application development and the knowledgecontent of the mobile learning platform. Mobile learning platform include online examsystem which uses B/S structure, interactive exchange platform based on the microblogging uses the C/S architecture and the resource center mainly uses the standaloneclients achieve. The advantage of mixed-mode design is reflected in the architectureimplementations can choose the best according to the characteristics of the function ofeach part.The main content of this study include, but are not limited to, as the following:knowledge of mobile learning platform, designed application software in Androidsystem, the micro blogging client development, AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript andXML) development and application of OAuth authentication, MYSQL applications, design development of mobile learning platform.Finally, based on the testing of micro blogging system interaction platform andonline examination system, in the technical details, the test results show that the mobilelearning platform designed to meet the expected design goals, but the perfection of theplatform architecture and function still needs greater improvement.
