With the rapid development of computer technology and a stronger demand that people want to make better effects movies or animations,motion capture technology has embarked on a fast track of development.The movie which doesn't use motion capture in the early time is a frame of a frame to create an animated image and the character effects in the movie.If using motion capture technology,the workload of related to animation movie and 3D model movement will be greatly reduced and the efficiency and fidelity will be highly improved.Application of motion capture technology covers the film effects,virtual display system,robot remote control,interactive games,sports training and other fields.This article designs a set of motion capture and control system with wide application range,practical and cost-effective.This system adopts inertial conduction motion capture technology.Compared with some existing motion capture systems,in this article,the advantages of the capture system can solve the shortcomings of the limited of communication distance,the inaccurate data acquisition,the roughness of the model display software and the narrow application of the scene.So it makes the system a substantial increase in practicality.The motion capture and control system designed in this article includes data acquisition and processing,how to fix the sensor position and the design of WiFi communication module and 3D model software.Because most of the bones in the human body are rigid,the design of 17 key joints that affect the movement of the human body can be a complete show of the movement of the human body.The sensor placed in the corresponding joints can be obtained to all the information of performers.When the data is collected,it will send to the data sink node and then the player's motion data is sent to the 3D model software through the WiFi module.In this way we can control the three-dimensional model to show the same motion posture as the performer in real time.The sensor data processing uses the SINS algorithm to make the collected motion data more accurate.The 3D model software is developed by using a SDK which provided by a professional motion capture software.Finally,the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics algorithms are added to control the motion of the model.In this way,the movement of the 3D human body model is closer to the sensor wearer.
