Wireless positioning technology is currently used in various technical fields, such as in the Internet of Things(IOT), military communication and social networks. At the same time, the rapid development of WIFI technology, WIFI network access points throughout the large commercial buildings, cafes, schools, hospitals, bus station, subway stations and other places. Using WIFI technology for positioning, can make up for the limits of GPS (Global Positioning System) in the construction of concentrated area or indoor application, extended positioning service at the same time, can largely improve the positioning accuracy. In this paper, implementation study of wireless location algorithm over WIFI technology, has important practical significance.The wireless location algorithm based on time of arrival (TOA), based on time difference of arrival (TDOA), based on the received signal strength indication (RSSI), based on the arrival of angle (AOA) and other methods, at the same time also includes the GPS (Global Positioning System) and other auxiliary terminal positioning method. Based on the received signal strength (RSSI) has the low hardware requirements, at the same time, easy realization, this paper mainly research on the two Location Algorithm based on RSSI.This article has analyzed the domestic and foreign technology based on WIFI wireless location algorithm, and through the actual measurement method, proposed a two Location Algorithm based on RSSI, study how to improve positioning accuracy if the known node is limited in circumstances,. The algorithm makes full use of the existing node information, through logarithm model path propagation model, fully eliminated the dependent of environmental parameter in the process of location, the two Location Algorithm based on RSSI can play a function in any context, and the positioning precision is a certain assurance.Through simulation experiment, validate the positioning effectiveness in two-dimensional and three-dimensional. And through testing on the embedded platform in the laboratory, fully confirmed that the effectiveness and stability of the algorithm.
