Cells secretion is one of the basic processes of biological information transmission and cell function.The entire secretion process involves a series of complex molecular activities,most of which are proteins.Researches on protein interactions in cell secretion and the relationships between molecular conformational changes and membrane fusion are still under way.However,most of the research data are scattered in the literature or included in different public biological information database which makes it inconvenient to retrieve the data or systematically analyzes,and it has a detrimental impact on the development of cell secretion studies.Therefore,it is necessary to mine and collect the existing data and construct a specialized information management system of cell secretion-related proteins which provides users with services such as browsing and querying.It will provide support for the further development of cell secretion research.Based on the molecular biology research of cell secretory process,the information management system of the related protein molecules was constructed.The data are mainly extracted from literatures and then supplemented by other bioinformatics databases.Besides,proteins are classified during data collection.According to the software engineering method,the feasibility of the system is analyzed and then the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are analyzed according to the knowledge,and the use case diagram is given by UML modeling language.The system is divided into five functional modules including browsing module,query module,sequence alignment module,interaction network module and download module according to the requirements,and the database table is designed according to the ER diagram.On these basis,right technologies are chosen for the system development.The implementation of the system uses the J2 EE architecture,the MVC design pattern and MySQL database management system,and Spring framework and MyBatis framework are integrated so as to reduce the degree of coupling system and simplify the coding process.The system provides a variety of methods for browsing and query.In addition to the detailed information about each protein,the system also contains detailed information about protein interactions.Protein interaction network map can be dynamic generated through JavaScript,so the user can see the interaction of proteins more intuitively.Design and implementation of the cell secretion-related proteins information management system is based on browser / server architecture and layering thought of J2 EE architecture.The system can be used through the web page,providing relevant information in text form and display it as a chart or other forms.The system structure is clear,good portability and cross-platform,friendly interface,perfect function,is a reasonable biomolecule database system.The system has good portability and a clear structure.Besides,the interface is friendly,the operation is simple and the function is perfect which makes it a reasonable biological information management system.
