China's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" in the very clear put forward for energy-saving emission reduction targets.A printing business,resource use,resource utilization to improve the space,the current stage of energy management is still in the manual registration,summary of the work.With the major construction projects have been put into use,the existing management means a serious impact on enterprises to complete the national energy-saving emission reduction targets.Therefore,from the requirements of building a conservation-oriented society,the development of a scientific and effective energy management and analysis system for the production process of energy consumption and output comparative analysis to promote enterprises through technological transformation,resource deployment and other means to reduce resource consumption,Improve the output of enterprises,the formation of hard work,the practice of saving a good atmosphere,in building a conservation-oriented society to give full play to the role of industry role.This paper studies the design and construction of energy management system of printing enterprises and the process of energy saving and emission reduction control in enterprises,and introduces the background and significance of energy saving supervision system construction of printing enterprises.Combined with the development status of domestic and international energy management system analysis of a printing enterprise energy management of the actual work and management requirements,fully illustrates the need for the system needs to be resolved.Through the analysis of the demand management of energy management system,the system design,system architecture,system function,data structure and other aspects of the overall design,the system based on J2 EE lightweight framework(Struts,Spring,MyBatis)using B / S architecture,Oracle database development program.The system is mainly composed of electricity management,water management,gas management,oil management,collection management,statistical analysis,system management.To achieve a printing enterprise energy data information entry,management,statistics,analysis of the functional requirements,and to the enterprise's energy-saving decision-making to provide data support.The design and implementation of the system has been running in a printing business.Through the use of the system,enterprises can discover problems in energy consumption in a timely manner,and adjust the relevant production processes for the problems,and systematically support the energy-saving and emission reduction work of the enterprises,and realize the expected requirements of a printing enterprise users.The actual use of the system in the enterprise also reflects the enterprise management information,the development direction of automation,improve the efficiency of the enterprise,enhance the management level of enterprises,so that the management of enterprises more efficient,more systematic and more scientific.
