Design And Implementation Of Social Poverty Alleviation Cloud Platform Based On SaaS Model

In the period of “13th Five-Year Plan” in China,and during the process of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.poverty is a major problem that needs to be resolved urgently.Currently,Chinese government has done a lot of work and made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation.But relying solely by government is not enough.Compared with the government,social poverty alleviation can solve the great differences in poor areas and meet the diversified needs of poor populations in an even better way.However,at this point,many social organizations lack of supervision by the government,which has hindered poverty alleviation in society.Therefore,in the fight against poverty,it is necessary to integrate government and social forces in poverty alleviation.And the two sides are supplemented each other,working together to resolve the current diversified poverty problems.It will increase the efficiency and accuracy in poverty alleviation.With the rapid development of the Internet,it provides lots of conditions in this territory for the merging of poverty alleviation forces,sharing the information,improving work efficiency,and building an ecosystem in this domain.Based on the background,this subject will study the “Internet plus” and build a social poverty alleviation cloud platform,which led by the government.The system mainly involved government,caring individuals and enterprises,professional institutions and experts,poor households by analyzing the requirements of system.The main function modules of the system include love assistance,project crowdfunding,anti-poverty e-commerce,expert support and system recommendation.System is supported by the cloud computing technically.It based on the SaaS software application model.And users only need to access the Internet to use the services provided by the Platform.It uses Hadoop as big data processing framework.System development by using J2 EE technology.We use Spring MVC framework for web development.Spring factory helps us creating and managing objects.The persistence layer of system uses MyBatis.It's a semi-automatic object relational mapping model framework.By using MapReduce as parallel computing model,the recommender algorithm can calculate concurrently.And system can adapt the increasing number of data and reduce the time of calculating.This system is committed to creating an "Internet plus" social poverty alleviation ecosystem,which greatly integrates the forces of the government,enterprises,and society.It realizes data sharing and data barriers.It also applies data mining technology,by using neighborhood-based collaborative filtering to personalize recommendations for users.
