In the revolution of big data in the information era,an increasing number of corporations come into the stage of transformation and development,especially for those disperse industries.Nowadays,more and more enterprises use the enterprise resource planning(ERP)system to monitor the procedure of production.Although the promotion of the efficiency in the operation of the enterprise can be seen with the help of the ERP system.The planning management system has not been brought to the forefront,which is the fundamental and core function for ERP system.The reason is,on one hand,the enterprise has not attached enough importance to the whole composition of ERP system,on the other hand,the existing ERP planning system is designed in a comparable ideal environment,leaving out many constraints.So,the result above is not applicable.Hence,it has quite practical significance to design a planning management system.As a robust planning management system,two basic functions must be guaranteed.Scheduling module,that is,how to make a reasonable dispatch to optimize all the resources.Orders inserting module,that is,how to make a reasonable model to deal with the emergent situation,when customers ask for a urgent demand for rush orders.Advanced planning and scheduling(APS)takes the constraints of power and resource into consideration,corresponding to the reality quite well.This paper made fully investigation of the scheduling procedure in a disperse industry in Wuhan,combining with the theory of APS.Then established a scheduling and ordering model.The scheduling model used genetic algorithm,one of the approximate optimum algorithm in APS,the thesis used the coding method,crossover and mutation method to reach a relatively optimal solution for practical production.Meanwhile,the order inserting model was established with the goal of lean production of APS,taking marketing and aggregate equilibrium into account.The system is designed under the open-source framework opentaps to replace the artificial style.The system guarantees the reliability and extendibility.Good results have been achieved in a practical application.
