According to the needs of different test items,multiple cameras in the space in different positions and direction to shoot the commutator components,the camera as a commutator visual inspection system core components,the camera in the three-dimensional space position and attitude calibration,And to determine the visual equivalent is the foundation of the system debugging,running.In addition,in order to standardize the interaction between the system and the camera module at the software level,to realize the separation of the underlying development and application of the camera,to ensure the performance of the system.In this paper,from the camera hardware and software,on the one hand analyzes the camera imaging model,designs the posture calibration object,puts forward the calibration method,put forward the calibration method,on the other hand,puts forward the camera driver module interface design.The main research contents are:Firstly,for the matter that the layout of the multi-camera in the space of the commutator defect detection.Describe the importance of the camera's attitude calibration.Analyze the calibration requirements and put forward the technical scheme.On the other hand,analyze the interaction between the software system and the camera module.Conduct interface design requirements analysis and propose the technical scheme about the camera interface design.Then,establishes the camera imaging geometry model,and analyzes the influence of the lens distortion and the calibration method.Based on the idea of the Z's calibration method and the principle of the camera,designs the off-line and on-line calibration plate.And Design the off-line camera internal parameter calibration algorithm,online pose and visual equivalent parameter calibration algorithm,design experiment test and verify the algorithm accuracy.After establishes the mathematical model of camera position offset,and the allowable deviation range of camera position is determined according to the detection accuracy.And based on this for each station of the camera system designed posture calibration tool.Puts forward the scheme of camera pose adjustment.The actual test bench verifies the correctness and accuracy of the pose calibration method.Aiming at the design of camera driver interface,expounds the key technology of camera interface design to improve the quality of interface design.According to the function requirement analysis and design scheme,designs the interface and implements in detail.Experiments show that the camera driver interface can meet the requirements.
