Research And Implementation Of Camera Calibration Based On Improved Camera Calibration Template

With the continuous development of computer vision technology, the role of the camera calibration technique is more and more important, especially in the practical application. In this paper, the main work is about selecting several typical calibration methods to study. This paper studies their implementation and result analysis. This paper also puts forward calibration method based on improved calibration template.The distribution of all points looks like "*" glyph, there are five datum points, respectively for filled triangle, filled rectangle, filled pentagon, hollowed-out triangle and hollowed-out rectangle. The rest of the points are circular. The area of all points are approximately equal and the centers of the fixed points are right on"*" glyph. Experiments indicate that our advanced approach outperforms most existing methods in some aspects such as scanning speed, stability and robustness.This paper sets the points as a series of marked points which have certain graphics features. Through increasing the relationship between the reference point, This method reduces the difficulty in fixing points corresponding different images. In this paper, the calibration method based on improved template can automatically identify punctuation and calculate the calibration parameters reliablyFor each calibration approach, this paper not only discusses from the aspects of method in the algorithm, in implementation process and so on. In this paper, the detailed research and implementation are used to analyze all of the calibration results. According to the specific situation of the assessment results and the calibration method to implement, this paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages of each method and as well as the causes of this advantage. And according to the actual experiment experience this paper also sums up the matters that should be paid attention to when using each calibration method.In this paper, the research focus on implementation, evaluation and of the calibration method, analysis of the results of each method, and the several aspects of the work are done on very detailed research by using existing resources to do a lot of laboratory experiments...
