Research On Semanticization Of Open Government Data For Decision Support

There are many ways to make data useful,but the basic principle is to make it easy to access: anyone can access and use without being subject to formatting or licensing restrictions.This is the basic spirit of the open data movement and is behind the open government data.One of the key drivers.Open government data is an important type of data resource that has not yet been properly developed and utilized.Open government data can promote the government to establish a transparent,collaborative open government,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the government,and enable the public to use the data for analysis and decision making.With the development of the open government data movement,how to benefit and consume these resources and make the data itself release the maximum value has become the focus and hot spot of many organizations and scholars.Full use of open government data can unlock the value of data,promote data innovation,and then drive datadriven decisions.With regard to the current utilization of open government data,most of the research has focused on the release of open government data in the form of linked data and the construction of theoretical models.There are less empirical research.The underlying information is not fully discovered.This article follows the idea of decision-making,the ability of the experimental process to permeate decision-making,and finally returning to decision-making,and verifies the rationality of open government data semantics for decision-making support.Finally,through the three experiments,from the perspective of decision-making,it proves the advantages of open government data semantics for decision support.Based on the concept of data innovation,this paper proposes a method of semantic fusion of government-open data for decision support,designs a semantic decision-making framework based on open government data,validates it through empirical research,and proves that open data is based on linked data.The advantages of data organization and utilization and thus the feasibility of decision-making.
