With the rapid development of computer and information network,more and more people have more and more requirements for network speed,which makes the broadband industry develop rapidly.FTTH,Fiber to the room,that is,a fiber directly to the home,the optical network unit is installed in the household or enterprise users,FTTH is the closest to the optical access series.The user's optical access network application type,therefore,China Unicom is committed to the construction of the FTTH restructuring project,but the transformation of FTTH to China Unicom not only brings opportunities,but more is the challenge.In the reform of FTTH,the internal management is not standardized,the market competition is fierce,the technology is not mature and so on.It also brings great risks to China Unicom.If these risk factors are managed and controlled effectively,it will be beneficial to the progress of China Unicom FTTH reform project,which is beneficial to the formation of the target,however,Unicom Company The risk awareness that may be encountered in the FTTH reform project is weak,and the risk of various factors may not be realized,and the research on risk management in the FTTH project is very little.Therefore,through this research,we can make effective analysis and control of the risks encountered by China Unicom in the FTTH reform project,and promote the implementation of the project and the goal.This paper based on the risk and control of project management is expounded,and then through the analysis of current situation of Lijin Unicom FTTH restructuring work,as well as Chinaunicom's development status,analysis and project risk management,through the research and analysis of Lijin Unicom FTTH restructuring projects,to develop a set of effective measures,through these coping the measures to achieve the goal,to promote the development of the project,and the restructuring of the future for these risks can be effectively avoided and monitoring,to avoid the occurrence of these risks,even if the occurrence can be handled timely and effective solution.This study found that the research and analysis of the risk management of the project for the restructuring of Chinaunicom FTTH restructuring project is very necessary,FTTH restructuring needs multi-faceted regulation and coordination,so there are various risk factors,if these factors are effective analysis and control will be conducive to the restructuring of Chinaunicom FTTH project.For these risks the implementation of the right measures to promote the project and to develop effective.
